Use your nights anytime within six months of purchase. All reservations remain subject to availability — book early, rest easy.
Book multiple dates at once
Plan the whole month — or several months — in one go. Add every date range you need to a single reservation and your pass nights deduct automatically across the itinerary.
Purchased nights first
Purchased nights are always used first. FREE nights unlock only after every purchased night has been used.
Cancel anytime
Cancel your CrewPass anytime. You will only be charged for stays you've used, at the regular rate. Refunds never go below $0 — when you cancel, you will not be charged.
24-hour cancellation window
Cancel a reservation 24+ hours before check-in and the night returns to your pass. Inside 24 hours the night is consumed.
Upgrade or downgrade
Move between CrewShare and CrewSuite passes anytime. The system recalculates your remaining value and shows the math before you confirm.
FREE nights have no cash value
FREE promotional nights are not refundable and are excluded from all cash calculations.
